I look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to class for either individual or group tuition.  I have been practicing and teaching Yoga and Meditation for 23 years and it has been an enlightening journey.

My teaching qualification is with the British Wheel of Yoga, where I was taught under the guidance of Val Davies.  Other teachers who have influenced me are both big names and small such as John Scott, Sarah Powers, Shiva Rea, Maarten Vermasse and Sally Deacon to name but a few.

My teaching style is a flowing practice, integrating breath and movement.

During a one and a half hour class we will visit the disciplines of relaxation, asanas, pranayama and meditation.

All abilities are most welcome.
